Why we use it, and our lawful basis • To publish and maintain a useful local directory, and to contact business owners about their listing — our legitimate interest in running the directory and reaching the businesses it features. • To send emails only where we are permitted to (business-to-business contact, or with your consent). Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. • To provide things you ask for, such as claiming or upgrading a listing — to carry out your request. Your choices and rights You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message, or by emailing us. You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how we use it. We use trusted providers (for example email delivery and website hosting) to run the directory, and they only process data on our instructions. Keeping your data We keep listing and contact information for as long as it is useful for the directory, and remove it on request.
